Refund Eligibility

You qualify for a full refund if both of these conditions are met:

Time Window: You request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
Usage Limit: You've generated 5 songs or fewer using BeatMelo's tools

This policy applies to monthly and annual subscription purchases, as well as one-time credit packages.

How to Request a Refund

Getting a refund is straightforward:

  2. Include Details: Mention your account email and briefly explain why BeatMelo didn't work for you (helps us improve!)
  3. Quick Review: We'll review your request within 3 business days and respond with next steps

What happens after approval:

What's Not Refundable

To maintain fairness, certain purchases cannot be refunded:

Past the 7-Day Window: Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
Heavy Usage: Accounts that have generated more than 5 songs
Promotional Plans: Special discounts, bundles, or limited-time offers marked as "non-refundable" at checkout
Subscription Renewals: Automatic renewals after the first billing cycle (you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges)
Partial Refunds: We don't prorate subscription periods — refunds are all-or-nothing

Pro Tip: Set a calendar reminder before your renewal date if you're unsure about continuing your subscription.
