Which generations are unlimited with a membership?
An active paid subscription includes unlimited lyrics and AI MIDI generation without using credits. Music, images, videos, voices and other audio tools use the credits shown before generation. One-time credit packs do not include the unlimited membership benefit.
What do the download and commercial-use benefits include?
Download completed files at their original output quality, without an added BeatMelo watermark. This does not mean lossless video encoding. Commercial use depends on the selected model’s license and your rights to the source material. Paid accounts can create independent tasks in parallel. Generation time depends on the tool and provider.
Can I use credits across different tools?
Yes. Use your balance with the available music, video, image and audio tools. The selected model and settings determine the credit cost shown before generation.
How do monthly and yearly plans work?
Monthly plans grant credits for the paid month. Yearly plans are paid upfront and grant the full annual allowance at once.
Do I need a subscription to buy a credit pack?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not require a subscription.
Do my credits expire?
Subscription credits expire at the end of their paid period. Credit packs are valid for 12 months. Existing balances keep their original expiry dates. File retention is separate from credit expiry.
When does a plan change take effect?
Plan changes are scheduled for your next billing renewal. An existing scheduled change must be resolved before another change can be requested.
Where can I find my saved creations?
Open My Works to play, preview and download the files saved to your account. Availability depends on the file retention period shown with your results.
